Recently I’ve been working with a team of scientists from Nova Southeastern University’s (NSU) Department of Pharmaceutical Science, as well as a chemical engineer, to develop a database for spirits mixed with super fruits, terpene/dabs, cannabis oils (without the THC) to create cocktail templates for the new generation of drinkers that are looking for a healthier more conscious way of enjoying the cocktail experience.

NSU will research & monitor the benefits of utilizing these new cocktail templates to show and identify the pros and cons. They will also add additional notes of any benefits of using cannabis oils (identified to contain medicinal properties) in cocktails with cold press super fruits and natural shrubs.

We’ve already been participating in a series of events starting back on 4/14/18 at Dab Day’s in Wynwood, Miami using these new cocktail concepts. We served the winning long drink from WSWA Iron Mixology competition in 2017- the 4/20 Kush Fizz with a terpene tincture mist sprayed on top.

We will keep sharing our data as we progress.

2 oz Kush Agave
.75 oz Lime Juice
.75 oz Aqua Faba
.75 oz Matcha Rosemary Raw Sugar Syrup
.75 oz The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Purée
Topped with Club Soda
In a Boston shaker, add all ingredients, shake hard & strain into a Water Bong Glass. Garnish with rosemary.
