Different cocktail ingredients can surprisingly make this Valentine’s Day the one to remember. Here are some fun facts and a cocktail you can integrate into your Valentine’s Day plans to make it that much more special.

For the Gentlemen Fun Fact: Honey is sticky and sweet and was Aphrodite’s (Greek Goddess of Love) seductive secret behind closed doors. Honey also has a history of being given as a gift to newlyweds to assist in their “first act” as a married couple. Check out Karma Sutra - you will find honey applications there as well…Oh my!

My Honey’s Sexy:
2 oz Bourbon
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Honey Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Ginger Beer

Garnish: Lemon Twist
Method: Shake Over Ice- Top Off with Ginger Beer- Roll- Pour into Rocks Glass
Honey Simple Syrup: Boil Equal Parts Honey and Water
